Health?
Melanie asked:
Basically every summer I have a headache, sore throat, and stomach ache at the same time. I do take a nap when it happens. Then in the morning my headache is gone my stomach ache is a little still there but my sore throat is still there. (Like most). What could be wrong? And please don’t add any rude things or answers like I don’t know. ♥

Maybe its heat stroke, you can get headaches and feel quite nauseous, sore throat to the fact of dehydration. Wear a hat when outside, drink enough water and stay away from foods that can easily go off in the heat such as dairy products, and cold meats especially chicken.
Thats my advice, but go to the Dr if you are really worried or if it persists

If its in the beginning of the summer, it could be your body adjusting to the temperature change. I usually get sick like that right when the seasons change or if one day in the winter its unseasonably warm or one day in the summer is unseasonably cold. I’m not sure why this happens, but it could explain it. Just try to drink lots of fluids and get lots of rest when summer comes around and hopefully you can avoid this.

I would see a doctor to be sure. I have allergies but I never get stomach pain. I do get the other symptoms. Dont let it pass by without seeing a doctor. Good luck.

Sounds a lot like you have allergies. Try an anti-histamine for a few days to see if that helps your symptoms. Also you may want to consider a fairly benign allergy medication like Allegra. See your general practitioner for further advice and to make sure this is not a more serious condition.

ok, where do you live and do you use A/C or Swamp Coolers to cool down in the summer? take all that into consideration! as I found out that I have a problem with both as i grew up on the beach and had NO coldness or anything to make the air cold so it was All natural air and then moved to the HOT/COLD mountains and they have all these conditioners in the rooms that make me sick and tired EVERY summer and winter, the other two spring and fall I have NO problems, hope this helps but see what it is that way first! good luck!

You might have seasonal allergic reaction, this may be due to sudden change in climate and temperature.

Eat a balanced diet (grains, vegetables, dairy, meat, and even some sweets.) The trick is variety; not eating too much of any one type of food. Drink plenty of water (headaches are the first symptom of dehydration.) Avoid processed foods, try to eat mostly natural things. Read the food label. If you can’t pronounce have of the ingredients, then it isn’t natural. Exercise often. Try walking places or taking stairs when you would normally drive or take an elevator. For strength training, you don’t have to buy expensive equipment. You can get an elastic resistance tube to do most gym exercises for $10:
A healthy lifestyle should take care of the vast majority of your health problems. If you still need help, see a doctor.
