How much demand is there for home health nurse practitioners to work on Indian reservations?

I regularly hear about nurses working in clinics on Indian reservations, but never home health nurses. More specifically I would like to know about home health nurse practitioners. I would like to spend my entire career working somewhere like Pine Ridge, SD. It wouldn’t be easy, but what else am I going to do in life? Make money??? What for?
